Our highly automated equipment can easily process high volumes of melamine, particleboard MDF, or plastic lifts up to 5’ X 9’ in size. Custom blades are available for cutting specialty veneers or solid woods.

In over 26 years we have perfectly matched a multitude of colors and finishes to the final product, using ABS, PVC or wood edge tapes. Our equipment can quickly process straight or rounded corners with tapes ranging from 0.0018” to 3mm thick.

Full CNC software can handle 3 axis patterns on multiple machines, without restrictions on material thickness. Capable of processing sheets of sizes up to 8’ X 3’ using various tools for routing and boring. Our equipment allows for 3mm - 35mm diameter holes, Brad-point or through holes, blade groove and curved millwork.

Dowels ensure the longevity of the component as well as proper alignment. With diameters ranging from 6 – 10mm, various dowel protrusions, and plain or pre-glued dowels, our automated equipment can process high volume efficiently by applying the dowels directly after drilling.

Whether used for branding, tracking or specialized details, labels may be required on various parts. We can quickly process the label application automatically, on one or both sides of a flat component at the same time. Custom procedures can also be developed to manually apply the labels onto non-conforming surfaces.
